I am a first time home buyer. Before I began my journey, I heard a lot of horror stories about the home buying process. I was hesitatnt about starting the process. However, Kat exceeded all my expectations! She helped make this experience amazing! The process was a lot smoother than what I expected. She is extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process, which made me feel like I made the right decision about choosing her to be my agent. She was extremely patient with me. The communication was great. When she was deployed out of state to assist with the SWFLA Emergency Disaster Team, she kept the line of communication open. She made me feel comfortable in confiding in her about things involving the process. There were a lot of things I did not know or understand, however, she was extremely patient with me and took the time to explain everything in depth. She went to bat for me when unexpected issues would arise. She did not push or pressure me into a direction that she wanted me to go. Rather, she supported me every step of the way. She listened to my needs and provided me with honest guidance. She was straight forward and didn't beat around the bush. I love a person who is a straight shooter. Also, I cant forget about Darion!
