I first woked with Kat in 2019, I signed a purchase agreement on a condo then decided it was not for me. Kat worked to get me out of the deal even though she lost a commission. She was looking out for me. In the spring of 2020 I was preparing to visit Naples to once again search for a condo. I had been in contact with Kat, she sent me daily updates on condos in the area.
